The premises of Maya Jardin in Soliman Bay, Quintana Roo, Mexico will be occupied for the
period __________________. The party includes _______ people.
Upon arrival a $500 security deposit in cash was made to Mauricio Matos, the manager of Maya
Jardin. Barring any damages, the full amount will be refunded after the exit inspection.
Notice of Liability Waiver: Villa Maya Jardin is situated in a rural, natural area. There are
dangers on the beach, in the water and from the jungle. The shoreline and reef can be rough
and rocky. The ocean can be unpredictable with strong currents. The wind and rain can be
strong. Floors and stairways become slippery when wet. It is important to protect yourself and
your belongings.
Please be advised that Sharon Harvey and/or Jeff Ashmead, property owners of Villa Maya
Jardin, or A H Caribe SA de CV will not be held responsible for any injuries or other mishaps
including lost or stolen articles resulting from the use of the buildings, facilities, beach, sea
kayaks or anything else, at Villa Maya Jardin.
