Rent it as a 2, 3, 4 or 5 bedroom villa. The unused
bedrooms will not be rented - you have the entire villa
to youselves.

Rate are in US dollars, per week for base occupancy.  14% hotel tax not included.
Base occupancy: 4 guests in 2 bedroom, 6 in 3 bedroom, 8 in 4 bedroom, 10 in 5 bedroom.
Maximum occupancy: 6 guests in 2 bedroom, 8 in 3 bedroom, 10 in 4 bedroom, 14 in 5 bedroom,
Add  $250/week for each additional guest over base occupancy (infants <2yr. free).
$250-500 damage deposit in cash  is required upon check in, and refunded upon check out barring any undue damages.

If a reservation is made within 60 days of arrival, payment in full is required upon reserving.  If a reservation is earlier than 60
days, a 50% deposit is due at the time of reserving to confirm your reservation. The balance will be automatically charged to
your credit card 60 days prior to your arrival date.  You will receive confirmations of each transaction.   All holiday reservations
require payment in full to confirm. The holidays include: US Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, and Easter holiday weeks.
