For any configuration, you have the entire villa to yourselves - we just close off the unused bedrooms.
Maximum occupancy: 6 guests in 2 bedroom, 8 in 3 bedroom, 10 in 4 bedroom, 14 in 5 bedroom,
Arrival/departure is typically, Saturday-Saturday . No pets allowed.

If a reservation is made within 60 days of arrival, payment in full is required upon reserving. If a reservation is earlier than 60
days, a 50% deposit is due to confirm your reservation. Then the balance will be automatically charged at 60 days prior to arrival.
You will receive confirmations of each transaction. We advise getting trip insurance if you think you might need to cancel or
change. See Trip Insurance for possibilities.
