Rate are in US dollars, per week for up to 10 people.  
Maximum 14 people. Does do not include 12% hotel tax.
Additional person $250/week (infants <2yr. free).
$500 damage deposit in cash  is required upon check in, and
refunded upon check out barring any undue damages.  Also,
please read the waiver information on the deposit slip.

If a reservation is made within 60 days of arrival, payment in full is required upon reserving.  If a reservation is earlier than 60
days, a 50% deposit is due at the time of reserving to confirm your reservation. The balance will be automatically charged to
your credit card 60 days prior to your arrival date.  You will receive confirmations of each transaction.   All holiday reservations
require payment in full to confirm. The holidays include: US Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, and Easter holiday weeks.
